Inside Our Factory Floor: What a 40-Second Video Doesn't Show

Our videos are 40 seconds long on purpose. On camera, a toy gets stamped, checked, dropped, and shipped — boom, done. Clean. That's the story you should see. But the part that decides whether your shipment arrives on time, matches the sample, and passes customs is the stuff that never makes the cut.

The morning meeting nobody films

Before the cameras roll, the production manager reads the order sheet out loud to the line. Quantity, packing spec, carton size, the cert attached to that SKU. If the order says "CE + EN 71 documentation," that paperwork has to be matched to the batch before the first unit is molded — not after.

This is where most sourcing mistakes happen, by the way. Not at the factory, but before it: someone places an order without locking the documentation requirement. Then the cert chase starts, and it costs weeks. We learned this the expensive way years ago, so now it's step one.

QC isn't one check — it's four

• Incoming materials. Plastic pellets, paint, and small parts get a first look before they touch the line. Wrong paint lot? Catch it here or throw away the whole run.
• In-line checks. A worker at every station pulls random units and tests the mechanical bits — joints, springs, batteries.
• Random drop tests. The camera loves this one. We drop, throw, and bend because a 3-year-old will do all three in the first five minutes.
• Packing audit. Carton weight, label printing, seal strength. Small detail, huge customs headache if it's wrong.

The part that actually matters: documentation

A factory can be clean, friendly, and fast — and still give you a bad time if the paperwork isn't organized. Every shipment we move carries its certificate in the file before it leaves Shenzhen. EN 71, CE, REACH. Not "we'll send it later." With the order.

Nothing ships without passing inspection. That's not a slogan — it's the checkbox at the end of the day.
